BABY'S LITTLE BIBLE {BOOK REVIEW}

Title: BABY’S LITTLE BIBLE
Retold by: Sarah Toulmin
Illustrations by: Kristina Stephenson
Publisher: Lion Children’s
Available: November 2011
Source:  Kregel Book Tours

Genre: Inspirational/children’s story Bible
Rating: E (everyone)

About the Book:
This is a cute collection of popular Bible Stories,
rewritten to be understood by the youngest of
all readers...the babies.  It starts with creation and continues through the Resurrection.  It is about
20 stories with amazing pictures to keep a child's attention all during the stories!

My Take:
A very simple story book that a new reader could pick up and read on their own with very little problems, but the book is really geared for the youngest among us.  The pictures are bright and colorful and sure to catch many youngsters eyes.  The stories are told with a lot of action and fun words like crash, thud, scritch, hiccup and many more.  Very entertaining to read aloud and keep a baby's attention.  I can see this being a tool for the 2 year old crowd to learn more about God's stories and getting them talking about the truth behind those stories.  This would be a great Christmas present or shower present for the new baby in your family or friend circle.

My recommendation:  Buy it and share it with a youngster today!

I was given a copy of this book/Bible for review purposes.  The only requirement was to provide an honest review.  The favorable remarks found here are my own opinion and no other compensation was given!
