I love Peanut butter cups.....As for scary books...I read so many of them that I guess I'm waiting for one that scares me so much I have a hard time finishing it.....haven't found one yet :0(

I'm not much for scary books. I didn't read it but I watched Rose Red the mini series. Creepy. Also, not scary but a little disturbing is Cryer's Cross by Lisa McMann.

I really don't read horror or scary books. Light mystery type books is the maximum intake for me. But, I do love the kids Halloween books. You know, the kind where everything looks happy and friendly? That's more up my alley. :)

I don't really have a favourite Halloween book, but I love reading scary/creepy books any time! I find that the old Dean Koontz stuff really freaks me out because it usually involves a psychopath playing cat-and-mouse psychological mind games which is more frightening than anything in the "horror" realm because it can actually happen!

I'm more into suspense thrillers. A scary one I read was MATTERS OF THE HEART by Danielle Steel. I know that her genre is romance but a character in this one was a sociopath. It was scary b/c it could be true.

ReplyDeleteScary books scare me and I have an overactive imagination, so I try to avoid the really scary ones. I thought that The Name of the Star had just the right amount of scary in it and it was really good too.
